Executive 1:1 Coaching

You've been promoted, the scope has expanded, or the business has changed around you — and the skills that got you here aren't quite the skills you need next. Our coaching engagements are structured around development goals surfaced through assessment, with regular progress check-ins and stakeholder feedback loops.

Engagements typically run 6–12 months, fortnightly, and are always grounded in evidence. You'll know what you're working on and why — and so will the people around you.

Transition Coaching

The first 90 days in a new role are disproportionately important. Whether you've been promoted internally, hired externally, or taken on a significantly expanded remit, the early patterns you establish tend to persist.

Our transition coaching is focused and time-bounded: structured onboarding support, stakeholder mapping, quick wins identification, and the relationship-building that most new leaders underestimate until it's too late.

Leadership Development Programmes

When you need to develop a cohort of emerging or mid-level leaders — not just one individual — we design programmes that combine assessment, group workshops, peer coaching, and individual development planning over 3–6 months.

These programmes work because they're tailored to your organisation's specific context and challenges. We don't run generic "leadership 101" modules — we work with your leadership team to understand what capability gaps actually matter and build the programme around those.
