These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Perigon House website (perigonhouse.com), the Perigon 360 feedback platform (360.perigonhouse.com), and related services provided by Syzygium Limited, trading as Perigon House ("Perigon House", "we", "us"). Syzygium Limited is registered in England and Wales (company no. 14144065, VAT no. 413 5887 84). Registered address: 2nd Floor, Preston Park House, South Road, Brighton, East Sussex, England, BN1 6SB.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Perigon House provides executive coaching, leadership advisory, and 360° feedback services to organisations and individual leaders. Our services include:
360° feedback engagements — structured multi-rater feedback collection, analysis, and coaching report generation through the Perigon 360 platform.
Executive coaching — one-to-one and group coaching engagements for leaders and leadership teams.
Advisory services — organisational culture, design, and workshop facilitation.
Specific service scope, fees, and deliverables are agreed in separate engagement letters or statements of work between Perigon House and the client organisation.
2. Perigon 360 Platform
2.1 Account types
Administrators access the platform with email and password authentication. Administrators can create and manage feedback engagements, configure question sets, invite reviewers, and generate coaching reports.
Candidates access their feedback dashboard via magic link authentication. Candidates can view their aggregated feedback scores, qualitative comments, and AI-assisted coaching analysis once released by their Perigon House principal.
Reviewers access the feedback questionnaire via a unique, single-use invite code. Reviewers do not create accounts. Their identity is protected by technical anonymity controls.
2.2 Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to identify anonymous reviewers through any means; share your access credentials with others; use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate leadership development; attempt to circumvent security controls; or submit feedback that is knowingly false, defamatory, or discriminatory.
2.3 AI-generated content
Coaching analysis reports generated by the Perigon 360 platform use artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to analyse aggregated feedback data. AI-generated reports are reviewed by a Perigon House principal before release. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point for coaching conversations, not as a definitive professional assessment. Perigon House does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated analysis for any particular purpose.
3. Confidentiality
Reviewer anonymity. Perigon House guarantees that the identity of individual reviewers will not be disclosed to feedback candidates under any circumstances. This commitment is enforced through technical controls and is a fundamental term of service.
Feedback data. Individual feedback responses are treated as confidential. Aggregated and anonymised data may be presented to candidates, their coaches, and — where agreed in the engagement scope — to the candidate's organisation. Raw, individual-level response data is never shared with anyone outside of Perigon House's technical infrastructure.
Client information. Information shared during coaching sessions, advisory engagements, and through the 360° platform is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
4. Intellectual property
The Perigon House name, logo, brand materials, question set templates, and platform design are the intellectual property of Perigon House. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Perigon House materials without written permission.
Coaching reports generated for a specific engagement are provided for the use of the candidate and their organisation as specified in the engagement scope. They may not be published, distributed externally, or used for purposes other than the candidate's professional development without Perigon House's consent.
5. Limitation of liability
Perigon House provides coaching, advisory, and feedback services in good faith and with professional care. However:
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or advisory engagements. Leadership development involves personal and organisational factors beyond our control.
AI-generated coaching analysis is provided for informational purposes and should be interpreted in the context of a professional coaching relationship. It is not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, medical advice, or clinical diagnosis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perigon House's total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services or platform shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Data protection
Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
7. Fees and payment
Service fees are as specified in the engagement letter or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Perigon House reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with invoices overdue by more than 60 days.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, Perigon House will provide any completed deliverables and delete engagement data in accordance with our data retention policy and Privacy Policy.
Perigon House may immediately suspend or terminate access to the Perigon 360 platform if a user violates these Terms or engages in conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
